It may well be that the besetting sin of modern day discipleship is its failure to procreate itself. Speed has been so aggrandized in our society that it has become necessary that whatever we do we must do in a hurry. The Bible mentions literally hundreds of individual people. It tells us a great deal about some of them. But you might be surprised to know that it says almost nothing about what they looked like.
