"Is there a thing of which it is said, 'See, this is new'? It has been already in the ages before us" (Ecclesiastes 1:10).

Solomon reminds us that there is nothing new. This is important to remember because many things that people say are new are actually the same old tricks repackaged for a new generation.

Not in sexual promiscuity and sensuality. The quaint wording of this phrase in the KJV is “not in chambering and wantonness.” The first term (Greek koitē) literally refers to a bed; here it means sexual immorality (Clinton Hamilton suggested “bed-hopping” as a paraphrase). After much criticism, the San Francisco Gay Men's Choir has removed an offensive video in which they sing about their plans to convert your children to homosexuality. "The San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus set a music video to private after the group said it received 'threats of harm' over the song that repeats the lines 'we'll convert your children' and 'we're coming for your children' numerous times," reported The Blaze.

The song was on YouTube July 1, 2021 and clearly boasted of their plan targeting the children of Bible-believing, Christian parents with the following words:
