“Light Has Come Into The World…”

"...I am the light of the world." -John 9:5

The third and fourth verses in the Bible are, "And God said, 'Let there be light,' and there was light. God saw that the light was good, and He separated the light from the darkness," Genesis 1:3-4. The Bible teaches us that God separated the darkness with the creation of light and the light was good. How reassuring is it that God's consistent rhythm in His Word sheds light on His plan of salvation for us?

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through Him all things were made; without Him nothing was made that has been made. In Him was life, and that life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it," John 1:1-5. Through the study of God's Word we know without a doubt that Jesus is THE Light! God has poured out Himself for all of mankind to be exposed to and feel the warm comfort of being in the Light.

Through a dedicated life to God through His one and only Son, Jesus, you will be able to become worthy of the divine calling that everyone has been offered. "This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all men—the testimony given in its proper time," 1 Timothy 2:3-6.

May God bless the hearers AND doers of His Holy Word...
