Is an unbeliever one who never obeyed or once obeyed the gospel & left?

This is the climax of a wonderful sermon that added 2 more souls to the body of Christ at Bellfort. (They made 100 new members this year and The Lord ain't finished yet)

God calls us unto salvation. We also call upon God for that salvation. Today's sermon will challenge us to not miss either of those important calls.
